The workshop is designed to be adapted for a 1 or 2 day retreat or as a regular course of 12 to 15, one hour sessions spread over time.

A one or two day retreat allows the audience to immerse deeply into the practice so by the end of it, they can experience first hand the  trans formative benefits of meditation.

Done over multiple weekends the audience get ample space and time  to practice what they have learnt in the sessions, so over the duration of the course they benefit by making it a part of their daily lives.

The workshop is a combination of short discussions, experience sharing, tips and tricks along with guided exercises to tune an uninitiated person towards finding their deeper self.
